Free standard shipping on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our fulfillment warehouse with full tracking. Total delivery time is typically 7–12 business days from the day you place your order.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Please note that during peak seasons, such as the holidays, carrier delays may occasionally add a few extra days. If you need your order by a specific date, please order early.

Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

We want you and your dog to love The Calm Pup. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement free of charge.

To start a return, simply reach out through our Contact page with your order number. Our team will reply with clear next steps, usually within 24–48 hours.
